If you prefer a massage with firmer pressure than light to medium, then this is the best choice for you. This type of massage addresses holding patterns in the deepest layers of muscle and tissue.

Pregnancy Massage: 
With safety and comfort as expectant mothers are pleased that I offer the "The Body Cushion" which allows the client to lie face down.  The cushion is supportive without putting pressure on the baby and is expandable to accommodate stages of development.  Please check with your doctor make sure massage is safe for you.

Hot Stone Massage:  
My take on Hot Stones -- I use smooth ceramic "stones" which are filled with a self-heating mixture of natural ingredients. When activated, the ceramic stones stay at a constant temperature so you will receive the full amount of hands-on time without interrupting the massage while the therapist replaces cooled stones with heated ones.
